I called to see if they had an RV spot and left a voice message. I was calling every facility around and had no luck.. I got a call back from Idaho self storage and they had called several other companies and found me a spot at a competitor. This is above and beyond and I will forever recommend them!

Nice units. Checking for small unit for all boy's school stuff & plan on giving them keys. If not cleaned out in two months someone else's stuff. Sorry, room for large or small RVs. Huge selection. Prices very competitive.

I moved from WA to ID and needed to put stuff in storage until my home closed in ID. I spoke with Jeff on the phone from WA and he was so kind and helpful and reserved a storage until for me without asking for money. When I arrived at Idaho Self Storage, I met Ruthann and she was very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend using their facility. It was very clean and secure and you won't meet nicer people anywhere else!

Clean facility, front desk is always helpful, and I've never been worried about theft because of the the great location and numerous security cameras.

Hands down the best storage facility I have encouraged. Not only are the staff really awesome and friendly but they work with you any way they can. The units are affordable and like I said if your late or come across problems they will try their best to work with you and your situation. Highly recommend

I've had my storage here for over a year. I'm very satisfied with the cleanliness of the facilities and the very nice and helpful staff. The staff has always been very responsive to any inquiries I've had. The other locations in Boise that researched also are very clean and have a nice staff. This one is closer to me.

Went in looking for a truck to reserve during this busy moving season and they were extremely helpful after getting the runaround from other Uhaul dealers. They explained how things work with reserving online vs in store and even called around to help find the right size truck. Very helpful.

Nice, clean facilities. I rented a parking spot and indoor climate controlled unit. They have extra wide doors for the indoor units which is really convenient. My unit was 10x17 (I think) which was more than enough room for my two bedroom apt. Pricing was a little high but they have discounts for military.

It is difficult to find any available storage or parking in Boise right now. Idaho Self Storage had a locker ready for me when I arrived. Unfortunately, with the length of my truck and trailer, I could not get into it! Heather and Billie made several phone calls on my behalf and found me a solution. I am so thankful for all that they did for me, they really went above and beyond. They were so supportive and friendly throughout the process as well, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Idaho Self Storage. I highly recommend them.

This is such a great place to do business! The staff really makes it so easy to store stuff. Especially if you have large amounts and shipments coming in and out. They are overly willing to accommodate the needs of their tenants. I don't even live on this side of town, so geographically it's not the most local for me but I won't leave because of the service alone!

This facility is state-of-the-art. The management and staff are excellent, the driveways are extra wide for easy unloading and transport truck accessible. The office is large and inviting with a HUGE selection of boxes and moving supplies. They offer both Air Conditioned / Climate Controlled units, and ambient temperature units in a large variety of sizes. ALWAYS offering move-in specials, COME IN TODAY!

Managers made false allegations about me and are kicking me out just after I got all my belongings moved in! I am homeless and now must find somewhere else to store my stuff. I don't think they like black people and homeless individuals ,???

Buyer beware! These units are not the size that they are advertised to be. For example my 10x10 is not a hundred square feet it's closer to 80 square feet. I'm being short-changed by 25% of the space advertised. This company consistently raises rates every single year. It really has me thinking do I need storage it is a personal goal now to reduce my storage needs. I guess I should thank them for that. Response to Owner response: You have raised the rent twice since you lowered it by a few dollars. The amount you lower it was not proportional the difference between the advertised size and the actual size. Stop calling the 10x10s that size when they are not. You can charge whatever rent you want but misleading people as to what they are getting is unethical behavior.
