LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! this is where you want your belongings or a unit to keep your business things in!!! The manager Jeff is beyond helpful and kind and the assistant manager Jill is exactly the same way!!! You will love dealing with them and prices are lower than other places and he’s always there if you need him OR HER !! WE just feel so safe and sound here after dealing with other storage places (PS🥴) another thing this storage facility has a man that keeps things SO clean ~ we are very impressed by what we’ve seen here! I moved from WA to ID and needed to put stuff in storage until my home closed in ID. I spoke with Jeff on the phone from WA and he was so kind and helpful and reserved a storage until for me without asking for money. When I arrived at Idaho Self Storage, I met Ruthann and she was very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend using their facility. It was very clean and secure and you won't meet nicer people anywhere else!
