Self storage is convenient and spacious, clean with very friendly staff. I love how close it is to my old house, I can just move everything right down the street

I'm a mover, so I don't have all the details on working with this place... But the guys running the show were friendly. Helped us get in the back gate. Were cool about using the facilities. Just wanted to say they were nice folk and the facility was well maintained. They have indoor and outdoor storage. Everything looked immaculate.

I have used Idaho Self Storage for a few years now and find them very reasonably priced. The service is friendly and timely so at no point have I felt there was a delay in dealing with anything here which has not been the case at other local storage places. The facilities are clean even during weather events which I appreciate. They are sticklers about security and again I appreciate that. At no time have I ever felt unsafe. And there was a time where my key got misplaced and it was made simple for me but it was handled with security in mind as there were documents to sign and block that had to be cut off. These things make this a storage facility I will stay with. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Easy sign up and exit when storage unit was no longer needed. Secure, clean, convenient and staff is super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for my future storage needs.

Idaho Self Storage has been the best storage facility for years exceeding my expectations! Even when I moved a little further away I stayed with Idaho Self Storage because their service provided was superior compared to anywhere else in the valley. They have always been very friendly and professional each time I call or visit. The facility is clean, safe and in a fabulous location. I highly recommend them.

2nd time I’ve used them and never a bad experience!

I've had minimal interaction with these folks, but so far it's been positive. Jeff signed me up for a unit and explained the rules. My goods have yet to arrive. He mentioned a larger fire gate that might better accommodate a moving van, but that a staff member had to open that gate. I spoke with Jill about when a staff member would be available. She said she lives close by and would be glad to open the gate when the office is closed. So nice!

Normally I hate dealing with storage companies but everyone Ive spoken to here has been kind and helpful. No sneaky fees, the office is always open when they say it will be and the facilities are excellent. And when I signed up they gave me a month of insurance free so I had time to make sure my storage unit was added to my home owner's insurance. Really great experience.

Idaho Self Storage has been in the neighborhood for 15 plus years. The place looks brand new. Management is always helpful and nice. The facility is open logical time of the day. I had my first unit with them in 2009 to 2011. I returned in 2019 and added a second unit in 2023. Consistent operation and well managed! Eric

I appreciate the opportunity to utilize a locally owned business and I’m pleased with my experience so far. The price is very reasonable, especially compared to the competition. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The online process to sign up, could be a little smoother and more informative as for what to expect ( I.e. the gate code in the initial email does not work, thus if signing up after hours/ on a weekend, you will not have access to the correct gate code until the next business day).

Easy, fast, streamlined. It couldn't be any easier unless they came and moved my boxes from my house.

Great customer service. Assisted me with on line sign up so I could get the online discount. Went over every step with how to lock/unlock my unit. I was that customer who needed extra care and she was patient and kind. Pretty rare these days. I would highly recommend this place for storage needs.

Since I’ve been here at this location I’ve always experienced great customer service. The staff is always helpful and willing to go out of their way to give you a great experience! The moving/storage was very easy! Also compared to other competitors these prices for storage units are ones you cant beat! The property is also well-maintained and has great security surveillance all around the property. It also has an easy access gate. I recommend everyone this place!

We have gone from 4 storage units for 2 whole households to one on a bit too long of a convenience basis. Everything is clean. No bugs. No vermin. Very safe. Good piece of mind. Not 5 stars as costs keep rising

Awesome experience renting my son a storage unit. The staff was super friendly and professional. The unit was not only cheaper per month than the uhaul on McMillan but it's also more secure since these guys don't leave their gate wide open all day like uhaul on McMillan does.

I moved from WA to ID and needed to put stuff in storage until my home closed in ID. I spoke with Jeff on the phone from WA and he was so kind and helpful and reserved a storage until for me without asking for money. When I arrived at Idaho Self Storage, I met Ruthann and she was very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend using their facility. It was very clean and secure and you won't meet nicer people anywhere else!
